Since 2012, we have been absolutely passionate for guiding tours in our hometown Coimbra, a World Heritage classified city, and the Central Region of Portugal!

Our founder, Sara Cruz, has a degree in Tourism, Leisure & Heritage and a postgraduate in Art Studies/Music with a specialty in Portuguese Guitar, both taken at the University of Coimbra. She worked as Manager, Travel Consultant and Tour Guide between 2012 and 2020 in her own Tourism Company called GO! Leisure & Heritage. During those years she built many themed and tailored routes throughout Portugal, so she acquired a deep knowledge about the country not only on paper but also because of her field experience.

Because of COVID19, Sara was pushed away from guiding tours for a while, but she didn’t give up on doing what she loved the most which is promoting her beautiful and inspiring country! Her main "confinement project" was creating a YouTube Channel under the name “GO! Walks Portugal”. There she made available virtual tours, travel vlogs, “tips & tricks” and other travel & living related content about Portugal. She also made available lots of creative and unique pictures and reels about our country on Facebook and Instagram Pages. All of this content is completely for free... so JOIN US THERE!

Currently Sara continues on working to promote our country and improving our services by exploring new places, learning about local stories, partnering with small businesses for incredible experiences, creating audio-tours, coming up with new themed tours and building customized itineraries to our travelers! She's constantly dedicated to gather the best partners and managing a team of expert local guides, to welcome avid travelers in our country.
